Sussex Primary Care GP Federation

Sussex Primary Care (SPC) is a GP Federation, working to develop new and innovative approaches to delivering patient centered primary care.  SPC is made up of 7 GP practices with 50,000+ patients, across 5 Primary Care Networks (PCNs).  We strive to be patient-focused in everything that we do, support our practices and staff to be the best they can be; and to learn and evaluate.

Our Mission:

To deliver sustainable and effective primary care at scale, whilst maintaining the local primary care offer at practice level and bring primary and community care services ever closer together to better serve our patient population.

What is a Primary Care Federation:

Primary care federations are key to supporting the health needs of local populations by acting as an extension of primary care and bringing together at scale and close to home health, social care and voluntary organisations.

Our Board

Our Head Office team and Board offer a mix of clinical and corporate expertise, experience of delivering high-quality NHS services and local knowledge to support primary care.

We’re here to support GP partners, practice staff and patient services, while helping to maintain and strengthen the local identity and clinical leadership of each of our practices.
